David Owen Harris, Managing Director of TOR Financial Consulting Ltd and Operations Manager of AvTOR started flying in 2006. He holds SEP, MEP, Night Rating and IMC on both single and twin-engine aircraft and is a member of the Air Pilots’ Livery and a Freeman of the City of London.

David has driven improvement of the AvTOR fleet over the past 10 years and achieved standardisation of avionics across basic training, EFIS Complex single and Twin Aircraft. Australian by birth, a member of David’s family was awarded a DFC as a tail gunner in Halifax in Bomber Command, while serving in the RAAF during World War II.
